Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Cycled mobile application (the "App") operated by Cycled inc. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.Veuillez lire attentivement ces Conditions d'utilisation (« Conditions ») avant d'utiliser l'application mobile Cycled (l'« Application ») exploitée par Cycled inc. En accédant à l'Application ou en l'utilisant, vous acceptez d'être lié par ces Conditions.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
Cycled is a mobile application that provides personalized nutrition guidance based on menstrual cycle phases. The App offers daily food recommendations, educational content, restaurant discovery features, menu analysis tools, and symptom tracking functionality. Cycled is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, maintain the security of your password and account, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1 Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial of Cycled+ with full access to all premium features. No charge is applied during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
4.2 Cycled+ Subscription: After the free trial, continued access to premium features requires a Cycled+ subscription. Founding member pricing: Monthly $4.99 CAD/month, Yearly $34.99 CAD/year. Founding member pricing is available for a limited time. Existing subscribers retain their pricing for as long as their subscription remains active.
4.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems, interfere with or disrupt the App or servers, upload or transmit viruses or harmful content, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App, or use automated systems to access the App.
The App and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the Cycled Score methodology, are the property of Cycled inc. and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. "Cycled," "Cycled+," "Cycled U," "Cycle Friendly," "Hormonal Intelligence," and the four-petal icon are trademarks of Cycled inc.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant Cycled inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from user content for the purpose of improving the App. We will never publish, share, or sell your individual journal entries, symptom data, or personal health information to third parties.
THE APP PROVIDES GENERAL NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. CYCLED IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSES, OR TREATMENT. Content has been validated by licensed health experts but does not replace professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet. Cycled's cycle phase calculations are estimates based on your self-reported data. Do not rely on Cycled for contraception, fertility planning, or medical decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYCLED INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cycled inc. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cycled inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Quebec, judicial district of Montreal.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

En créant un compte ou en utilisant l'Application, vous confirmez avoir au moins 13 ans et acceptez de vous conformer à ces Conditions.
Cycled est une application mobile qui fournit des recommandations nutritionnelles personnalisées selon les phases du cycle menstruel. L'Application offre des recommandations alimentaires quotidiennes, du contenu éducatif, des fonctionnalités de découverte de restaurants, des outils d'analyse de menus et un suivi des symptômes. Cycled n'est pas un appareil médical et ne fournit pas de conseils médicaux, de diagnostics ou de traitements.
Pour accéder à certaines fonctionnalités, vous devez créer un compte. Vous acceptez de fournir des informations exactes, maintenir la sécurité de votre compte, nous aviser de toute utilisation non autorisée, et accepter la responsabilité de toutes les activités effectuées sous votre compte.
4.1 Essai gratuit : Les nouveaux utilisateurs bénéficient d'un essai gratuit de 14 jours de Cycled+ avec accès complet à toutes les fonctionnalités premium. Vous pouvez annuler à tout moment pendant l'essai sans être facturé.
4.2 Abonnement Cycled+ : Tarif membre fondateur : Mensuel 4,99 $ CAD/mois, Annuel 34,99 $ CAD/an. Le tarif membre fondateur est disponible pour une durée limitée. Les abonnés existants conservent leur tarification tant que leur abonnement reste actif.
4.3 Facturation : Les abonnements sont facturés via l'App Store d'Apple. Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement sauf si le renouvellement automatique est désactivé au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période de facturation en cours.
4.4 Annulation et remboursements : Vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement à tout moment via les paramètres de votre compte Apple ID. Les demandes de remboursement doivent être soumises directement à Apple via l'App Store.
Vous acceptez de ne pas utiliser l'Application à des fins illégales, tenter d'obtenir un accès non autorisé, interférer avec le fonctionnement de l'Application, télécharger des virus ou contenu nuisible, reproduire ou créer des oeuvres dérivées, ou utiliser des systèmes automatisés pour accéder à l'Application.
L'Application et son contenu sont la propriété de Cycled inc. et sont protégés par les lois canadiennes et internationales sur la propriété intellectuelle. « Cycled », « Cycled+ », « Cycled U », « Cycle Friendly », « Hormonal Intelligence » et l'icône à quatre pétales sont des marques de commerce de Cycled inc.
Vous conservez la propriété de tout contenu soumis via l'Application. En soumettant du contenu, vous accordez à Cycled inc. une licence non exclusive et libre de redevances pour utiliser les données anonymisées et agrégées. Nous ne publierons, partagerons ou vendrons jamais vos données personnelles de santé à des tiers.
L'APPLICATION FOURNIT DES INFORMATIONS NUTRITIONNELLES GÉNÉRALES À DES FINS ÉDUCATIVES SEULEMENT. CYCLED N'EST PAS UN APPAREIL MÉDICAL ET NE FOURNIT PAS DE CONSEILS MÉDICAUX, DE DIAGNOSTICS OU DE TRAITEMENTS. Le contenu a été validé par des experts en santé mais ne remplace pas un suivi médical professionnel. Les calculs de phase du cycle sont des estimations basées sur vos données autodéclarées. Ne vous fiez pas à Cycled pour la contraception, la planification de la fertilité ou les décisions médicales.
DANS LA MESURE MAXIMALE PERMISE PAR LA LOI APPLICABLE, CYCLED INC. NE SERA PAS RESPONSABLE DES DOMMAGES INDIRECTS, ACCESSOIRES, SPÉCIAUX, CONSÉCUTIFS OU PUNITIFS. Notre responsabilité totale ne dépassera pas le montant que vous avez payé à Cycled inc. au cours des douze (12) mois précédant la réclamation.
L'APPLICATION EST FOURNIE « TELLE QUELLE » ET « SELON LA DISPONIBILITÉ » SANS GARANTIE D'AUCUNE SORTE, EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE.
Ces Conditions sont régies par les lois de la province de Québec et les lois fédérales du Canada. Toute procédure légale sera intentée exclusivement devant les tribunaux de la province de Québec, district judiciaire de Montréal.
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces Conditions à tout moment.
Nous pouvons résilier ou suspendre votre accès à l'Application immédiatement, sans préavis, si vous enfreignez ces Conditions.
